We clean each light ficture and chandelier by hand, using a soapy rag. We clean lights in all shapes and sizes, starting with simple ones on your front porch and ending with more difficult ones in dining room. Pricing depends on size, how much work it takes, and how accessable it is. We will give you exact price, when we see yours!
Ceiling fan cleaning
We clean each ceiling fan by hand, using a soapy rag. Most fans with lights are $15.00, without lights $10.00. Fans on very high ceilings may be priced higher.
Blind cleaning
We clean each blind by hand, using a soapy rag. Pricing is per window blind, which means a blind covering one window. Wide blinds, that cover two windows is counted as two window blinds. Each window blind is $7.00.
Gutter cleanouts
Do you have any trees close to your house? Have us check out your gutter situation - we give free estimates! Prices depend on how full and long are your gutters. Sometimes all you need, is flushing out downspouts, other times we might collect eight bags full of leaves. If your gutters are not functioning well, have us take a look!
Pressure washing
Pressure washing, also known as power washing, is priced per hour. Most common use for it is on discolored driveways, concrete and stone areas around pool, front and back porch and eves around house. First hour is $60.00 and any additional hour is $40.00. Ask for an estimate or a demo!
